Rachael Goodwin, an assistant professor of Management in the Whitman School, researches leadership obstacles facing minorities and women, workplace attitudes toward sexual harassment, and the impact of dehumanization and perfectionism in professional environments.
Alicia Hatcher, an assistant professor of African American Rhetoric and Literacies, researches Black rhetorical practices and the use of space, place, and embodied performance as tactical tools for social activism and literacy.

Aaron Luedtke, a historian of the United States and global Indigeneity, focuses his teaching and scholarship on combatting settler colonialism and the historical erasure of Native peoples within the American national narrative.
